• 52 kiloparsecs or 1.6 × 10²¹ m -- distance to the Large Magellanic Cloud (a dwarf galaxy[?] orbiting the Milky Way)
• 54 kiloparsecs or 1.66 × 10²¹ m -- distance to the Small Magellanic Cloud (another dwarf galaxy orbiting the Milky Way)
