Ten nudge Nine in TV ratings

In one of its best ratings results in many years, Channel Ten has sprinted away from Channel Seven and has given Nine a run for its money.

Ten scored big points with both of its big guns firing last week – Big Brother and Australian Idol. It also enjoyed huge audiences for its Law & Order mothership, as well as the two part mini-series Jessica.

The national top 20 TV shows were:

5 CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION -RPT, Channel 9 - 1,746,209 viewers
