Enterprise theme tune gets revamp?

Whispers doing the rounds of the sci-fi sites on the Internet suggest our beloved Star Trek theme may soon get an upgrade.

Paramount is said to be considering new theme music for the revamped Enterprise. Electronic/rock band Woven has been asked to compose and perform a new theme song, and the finished product was delivered last week.

The original decision to use Dianne Warren's 'Faith of the Heart' instead of the standard Trek opener is one of many controversial choices that have undermined viewer’s support for Enterprise.
