| We're off to see the Wizard, again. |
Potter fansite The Leaky Cauldron has obtained an unmarked version of what appears to be the new poster art for Prisoner of Azkban. When you click the link to check it out, be sure to notice the dementors at the top of the poster image. Freaky!
We also read on JWFan.com that Atlantic Records will be releasing the soundtrack for POA on Tuesday, May 18th in the States. It drops a day earlier in the UK.
Anticipated for POA is rising with nearly everyone that's seen sneak screenings claiming that it's the best of the Harry Potter films so far. Filmmaker Guillermo Del Toro recently saw the film and told Latino Review, "It's absolutely fantastic. It's not only a beautiful Harry Potter film, it's an absolute delight of a film period. It's just... 'Alfonso imagination' for anyone who saw Little Princess, it's extremely rich and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is incredibly detailed, incredibly full of spectacle and intelligence. I mean I was blown away by it, I think it's going to be a huge success. I saw it in London and it's simply fantastic."
With fans salivating over the forthcoming flick, filmmakers have already turned their attention to the next installment in the Potter franchise, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. DVDFile recently spoke with GOF director Mike Newell who says, "It's not going to be finished for another 20 months, so I can't really see beyond that yet. ... I liked the story. Even though it was a huge book, I thought you could make a satisfactory one-film stab at it. And I can work in England, which is something I haven't done in a long time."
