Who are Australia’s perfect couple? Are they virgins? Honeymooners? High school sweethearts? Opposites who attract? Same-sex foster parents? Or the modern-day Brady Bunch?
Find out in Australia’s Perfect Couple, hosted by Jules Lund, a hilarious and action-packed series all about relationships with eight couples battling it out to win $250,000.
Each week it explores the differences between men and women, and the universal issues every couple must face, as the couples embark on a series of mental and physical challenges designed to test their love and commitment – from a blindfolded kiss test to see if they recognise their partners’ lips to swinging as a team from a high trapeze and withstanding a comedy roast from their partner.
Each couple must work together to win the challenges and then face the other couples at the end of each episode to vote on which couple must leave the competition.
The competing couples are:
· Nicole and Phil – A modern-day Brady Bunch with six kids between them
· Olympia and John – They fell in love at first sight
· Robbie and Dan – Same-sex foster parents to a 12-year-old girl
· Gemma and Raf – Bikini model and chef who met and married within eight months
· Harps and Nav – They defied their parents who wanted an arranged marriage to be together
· Lealie and Chris – Highly ambitious power couple who live, work and play together
· Marissa and Rob – High school sweethearts who were parents at 19
· Michelle and Damien – Different in almost every way, proving that opposites attract.
For better, for worse; for richer, for poorer. Who will shine through in the search for Australia’s Perfect Couple? Check out the 3 minute preview via the link at the top of this page.
