Life debut wins timeslot in 18-49 Author: Network Ten | Sep 28, 2007, 11:14 |
The premiere of Life, NBC's new detective drama, went to air Wednesday night in the US and was an instant hit with 18-49-year-olds.
The show won its 10pm timeslot in 18-49 against Dirty Sexy Money and CSI: NY and delivered 10.15 million total viewers.
Life gave NBC its best performance in the Wednesday 10pm hour since 21 June 2006.
Life follows the travails of detective Charlie Crews (Damian Lewis) as he rejoins the force after spending years in prison for a crime he did not commit. The show tracks his return to a world that has moved on without him.
Life launches on TEN next Wednesday at 9.30pm directly after the season return of House - all new episodes direct from the US and set to keep House the No. 1 US show on Australian TV.
