Nine - 1 Vs 100 next Monday Author: Nine Network | Apr 18, 2007, 12:09 |
Jennifer Collingwood could have gone home with $142,000 last Monday, planned a dream holiday, paid off her $20,000 loan, bought a new car and still had change for a home deposit – but she is risking everything to return to 1 vs 100 next Monday on Channel Nine.
The thrice married and divorced single mother from Redcliff in Queensland is aiming to hit the million-dollar jackpot. But she has to knock out nine very determined Mob members to become the first quiz show millionaire of 2007.
Wearing her heart on her sleeve, Jennifer, 40, has reached the Sneak Peak stage and eliminated 91 Mob members. Host Eddie McGuire will now give her a three-second look at the next question before she decides whether it’s the money or the Mob.
Also on Monday night, Kevin Russell from Geelong enters the Mob-pit. Kevin is a 46-yearold business systems consultant who met his wife Rosemary when she answered a roomfor- rent ad in the local paper. Kevin’s previous lodgers had taken everything that wasn’t nailed down, but when Rosemary walked through the door it was love at first sight. Fifteen years later they are still happy together and looking to retire very rich, courtesy of 1 vs 100.
