Fritz Szoncso's Steyr 680 M3, a 6x6 version of the Steyr army truck.
The 4x4 680 with 2 axles
(non supercharged, 6-liter, inline 6 engine, 120HP)
also came with extended cab version, that gives extra 3 seats. They
have the spare wheel under the frame, instead the tilt-frame behind the cab.
I think all of them are used in the Austrian Army's driving school (I did
my licence with one of them). These have a second (right hand) steering
wheel, connected by a chain to the original (left hand) wheel.
The 3-axle turbocharged M3 is usually fitted with a winch, driven directly
from the gearbox. The rope usually goes out in the front but can be taken
out to the rear by using the frame mounted guide pulleys.
