Basically, you're free to post a squiggle (GIF format would suffice; I would not recommend using JPEG), and anyone is free to respond with their own "completed" drawing (colours can be used, but aren't recommended). If you wish to complete a squiggle, you can download them by simply right clicking on them and selecting "Save Target As...".

A new squiggle cannot be posted until the previous squiggle has been "completed".

Why is it that these days we are using the American vernacular more and more in print?
Gaol/Jail really get’s my goat. Since when do we as a British Colony take on the American ways of life and language? I grew up learning that Gaol was how you spell the other word for Prison. Colour is another word as well as Jewellery and Jeweller, neighbour and neighbourhood!

This thread is just to air our disappointment and frustration with life’s little annoyances. Not just colloquial speech!

Previously the prices at these OP Shops were a bargain and probably the right price for used clothing that they received for nicks.  Recently however I have noticed prices for second-hand clothes from these places to be unrealistically high - in some cases the price was more than the original retail price.  An example was “Cotton-On” t-shirts selling in the Cotton-On retail outlets for $5 but being sold for $10 from some OP shops - another example were movie DVD’s being sold at d**k Smith’s for $2 being sold for $10 at “Endos”.

I find “Vinnies” to be more realistic in most items while “Endos” and the “Red Cross” OP Shops being very expensive.

Do you shop at OP Shops and what is your experience?
