What's with all this violence in the AFL recently.

It seems the incidents of common assults such as with Barry Hall and Solomon's attack on Cameron are becoming more frequent, or am I just imagining it.

Are these people idiots, there's a camera for every person on the field and they think no one is watching, maybe they've had one too many knocks to the head themselves.

I think that sports men/women who revert to violence should be put out of the game for 12 months.  Let's see then who throws the first punch?

Yeah, I agree with suspending violent players for 12 months (without pay!!), if they did it down the local street they'd be dealt with, and if they did it time and time again they'd be locked up. Whether they like it or not they are role models for our young people, so definately deal out a tough penalty (or arrest them to be heard in court)
