Totally agree aquamonkey, City Homicide is so wooden, its hard to believe its the number 1 drama in Aus. I hope Rush does very well tonight as it looks 50x better than CH. As for boarder, i cant believe it does this well, its just a bunch of stupid people trying to get stuff in the country, its a joke. I loved it wen it came out, but god 2 season a year, and repeats inbetween kind of killed it

What's worse is that most of the cast of CH are comedians, which makes it impossible to take seriously. (crap ones might I add)

Packed to the Rafters defies logic and inceases in second ep, and breaks that elusive 2 mill mark. Rush has a reasonable debut for ten, though Taken Out is starting to bomb, how low will it drop by weeks end.

Taken out went from 851,000 to 769,000 while repeats of Two and a half men sat on 1.1 mill. Doesn't look great

I didn't think to much of Rush, it felt like Police Rescue redone (both John Edwards productions). Catherine McClements just didn't work. Packed to the rafters looks OK but a bit to campy. I'm guessing all that happened in the first episode was the main guy getting fired and the yuppie son moving back home?

I've liked one episode of 2 and 1/2 men, when they pretend to be gay.
Is find my family good?

I liked it Dara. Both sad and happy. Not gripping or must watch but filled the time slot for me. I love animal rescue and just left it on after that. I cried in 'Find my Family'. I want the Uncle who welcomed her with open arms to be my uncle

I loved Rush and thought it was the best Aussie Cop show in ages. It sh*ts all over City Homicde, the acting was fanatstic. Shame the ratings didnt reflect that, it did good, just feel it could of done better 8:30 Wednesday. PTTR ratings are ridiculus, what is wrong with people. it really amazes me that crap like like City Homicide and PTTR rate over the top and can't be touched. 7's monday and tuesdays are dominating, its gonna be hard for 9 to win weeks

A good 1.7 mill+ people like City Homicide, including myself.

Rush was ok but seemed over the top and as if they tried to pack as much into one episode as they could. I will tune in next week in the hope it improves. Agree with you Buffy that it should have been given the 8.30 Wednesday slot, or even 8.30 Thurs where it would probably beat The Strip - which looks like a flop to me, but will probably do well with a lack of competition.

As for Packed to the Rafters, I am not usually a fan of these dramady type shows, especially Australian ones. But this show is surprisingly good with a few lol moments coupled with edgy and interesting story lines. It's a breath of fresh air from all the crime shows that dominate our screens.

I've seen sock puppet shows that sh1t all over CH. Same with Criminal Minds if we're talking about 7 shows with surprising ratings

Criminal Minds hits a new high with over 1.5 mill viewers, in a slot where it began with 700k. The repeat also doubled what Alan Sugar got last week. I really cannot understand how 1.1 mill people watch people squeeze through holes in walls.
