The paint is still fresh and there's lots of sawdust everywhere, but I welcome you to the unveiling of your brand new eBlah! for 2008.
There are a lot of new features and I am currently preparing an update list for you to browse through. I hope to have this up for you shortly.
Make no mistake - this has been a massive upgrade. It may look similiar, but the functionality is a whole lot different behind the scenes.
You'll also find some cute new things, like the ability to post YouTube videos safely and lots more!
You can also point your friends to http://www.eblah.com.au where they can easily remember the URL and jump straight in.
Over the next day I will also be introducing themes and smilies for you to change the scheme of eBlah! to your personal preference.
Anyway, I am still working on things but it's now OK for you to get your hands dirty and have your say. Tell me what you think of the new look and functionality. Send through the bugs - I know there are alot of members very intimate with the ins-and-outs of eBlah! and will pick them up for me quickly!
First thing I noticed was the cute little YouTube icon, and I like the new eBlah logo. It'll take me a while to get used to this. Oh, and I already have a complaint. Words don't wrap around properly (neither in the text boxes or in the final posted messages themselves).
Anywho, congrats to a job well done, and hopefully this "revamp" will attract a new breed of budding eBlahists.
EDIT: I also noticed my post count dropped a bit. Is there a new criteria as to what constitutes a legitimate post? (or were did some threads/messages just not roll over to the new eBlah?) Just curious.

Ooooooooohhhhhhh! Everything is all shiny and new. I am a little slow getting onto the thread although I did check yesterday morning and it was still not available but... now it is and it looks fabulush! I had withdrawals! adendum: problem I find when I am writing a reply, sometimes when I hit the space bar the page automatically goes down to the bottom to the eBlah Logo. I then have to scroll up to my reply and keep typing. It has happened 6 times while I have been typing these three lines.
Ok I don't know what happened last night but I was on here and couldn't post at all it didn't work then I couldn't access pages (error) then eblah had a youtube layout and told me to login, it was so weird :S Fixed now though..
Woohoo! I just HAD to pop by when I noticed that the Admin was finally unmasked (Hi Glen ). I'm glad to see that many of the bugs have been fixed. Speaking of which, does the "Time Online" need to be displayed? It's a tad worrying seeing how long we've been logged in

Just a comment on the new look TV guide..... it doesn't seem to make any difference when you choose your location, ie Brisbane, because the time for programs is still out by x1 hour (due to QLD not having Daylight Saving).

Well daylight saving has finished now, down south, and I just realised. That means the TV Guide will have correct times for me, now.
