I think the Commando is great and brings another element to the show. Shannen is a softy and Michelle can be too so bring the Commando in to mix it up I say.

I love the Commando's lines: "Guess Who's Coming To Dinner?"

I still maintain he is secretly training the guys that didn't make it in the first week - or at least something tricky is in the works. TBL is always like that.

I was very upset with Steven in the USA leaving the game. I began to think of the cultural impact it would have on an aboriginal. Even if he didn't get to be outside of the compound he did not have his feet firmly planted on Aussie soil.I don't think Steven should of gone overseas. I do think he would of been better off in the Australian BL House. In three months he has lost just over 10 kg since returning to Australia. If he keeps it up for another 18 months he will lose what he needs to. The difference in his face and his new hair cut (thank goodness) is startling. His family seem like good folks. I felt sad for Sam especially when the Blue team all consisted of people HE chose because he won the right to be the team leader as such and do that. A good learning experience for Sam at the age of 19 though.
I was so much hoping the red team had the choice of bringing JJ back.   I am however a blue team fan because of the people in that team appealing to me more.

Steven was looking great. I really hope he can continue to maintain the momentum back at home. I was a bit surprised that they didn't emphasise to him that the best thing he could do for his daughter at that point was to stay there and lose weight. Kind of a short term pain for long term gain. I guess though if you aren't able to cope emotionally with being separated from your family then he did the right thing. He did look so totally miserable. As for the commando, I would love to see more of him. I was hoping he would play more of a role in this series and agree he adds a much needed element to the program.

Tis okay... I read a synopsis on TBL website... *curses red team*, how would have that worked if the blue team won immunity?

Im guessing the choices wouid have been completely different. I actually like the red team, cant stand the blues.

Thought Steven was a bit weak IMO, given such an awesome opportunity to lose his weight and throws it away.

Pretty easy win.

The reds finally pulled some good numbers. I think it was Nicole who knocked off a whopping 5.3kgs and both the big boys Cos and Garry were just over 7kgs.

I wonder who will go tonight?  Sean would be my pick, his injury isn't going to improve in the short term.

Sean's 'injury' is a heal spur which is more a medical condition not an injury. I have a heal spur on each heal and over the years they can last for several years then wear away, then come back. It is a pain like someone sticking a very sharp pointy object straight up into your heal from the sole of your foot. I even get the pain when in bed. It brings tears to your eyes. I need to wear really good joggers when I go out to the shops or for a walk. Plus really good cushioned socks. As far as people going..... I don't think I could hazard a guess as I really like the Blue Team. When did it finish filming.... has it finished filming..... because last week I saw John from the Blue Team on the local news regarding the upcoming amalgamation of all the Sunshine Coast Councils into a Super Council. John was participating in it somehow. So... it could be John who goes tonight.
