Depends. I don't mind chicken shish kebab (though the last one I had tasted kind of raw ). And doner (Turkish for "spinning") kebab is okay, but there have been far too occasions where they've gotten it completely wrong. (the last few I've had were completely dry and/or flavourless )

Ooo!!! But I LOVE Adana Kebab though. It's absolutely delicious (when done right). And a lot of places serve it with tomato salad. ^-^ Me likes.
