TEN would only repeat Pirate Master since they aired it on such short notice (Hence the incessant advertising this week) as they grew impatient with Fat Camp's mediocre ratings.

We're talking about the same network that piloted a program called 'Stooged'.

I've seen all of Torchwood Season One on DVD - loved it. It gets better as it goes along. Dark, sexy, cynical and funny with surprising touches of gentleness and depth from all the characters. I really like that they are all adults with flaws etc. I also really like that the occasional gay encounters are treated no differently from the heterosexual ones.

Worth mentioning that it was the top rating digital show in the UK - wildly popular, so if it bombs here, Ten has only itself to blame.

I like flawed character rather than perfect heroes in shows. I could live without the gayness though. "Not that their's anything wrong with that"

Hmmm...I quite like the "gayness". Are the women on it as 'omnisexual' as the men, do you think?

Oh yeah, couple of episodes devoted to the subject Very equal opportunity.

Yah, I'm as (male) heterosexual as they come but I like the whole "gayness" or whatever of the show as well - both male and female. It adds depth and interest to the characters.

Some of the later episodes examine some quite controversial subjects - assisted suicide springs to mind, but its actually in a way, incidental to the plot line, which is appreciated. Not the "message of the week", just part of life.

Sounds fantastic. I'm really looking forward to watching more of it.

definitely definitely definitely ... I'm not sure that's the correct terminology because, it's more like ... didn't Captain Jack explain his sexuality to rose?  Or maybe it was The Doctor.  Omni sexual is definitely on the right track, as opposed to homosexuality.

I can't say too much, for fear of spoiling too much.  Let's just say... everyone is consenting adults & in this arena it looks to be they are living in the perfect world.

Everybody certainly has their flaws in this series

I just can't wait for this show to come around and I to am enjoying the "gayness".   or what ever its called, its done very well and in a funny way not sleezy at all, which will keep the moral guardians happy

Yeah last nights episode was much better than I expected. Not that I expected crap, but I suppose I was waiting for it to be a bit more jokey...if that makes sense? They approached what could have been a very "giggley" subject in a mature way. Loved it. I wish the DVD was out already.

The episode was good, but I reckon they tried a bit too hard to be 'edgey' by putting in a shag or a same-sex snog or a tug at every given opportunity.
