Captain Jack comments somewhere in the series about his teeth being so beautiful compared to English people's teeth. Look at the other actor's teeth! He is right. English people often have dreadful looking teeth. Captain Jack's are gorgeous just like him. It's coincidental (?) that the actor that plays Dr.Who and the actor who plays Captain Jack are both openly gay people.

I think that's an unfair generalization. I think it's that British producers aren't afraid to hire actors who haven't been on the cover of a celebrity magazine. Notice that there are hardly any "ugly" people on American shows?

I agree!  As an ex-pat Brit, I take offence too.

At least British producers have the guts to hire and use "normal" looking people who haven't been to botox-world or had dentists remodelling their teeth every 5 minutes.

I was very careful not to offend with my wording. It is however not just my observation, many people have commented to me in the past that English people (not necessarily actors) have very long and/or gappy teeth. Fair enough I must admit I would rather see 100% natural looking people in television and not the plastic looking perfect glowing white toothed unattainably beautiful actors we are so often flooded with. I am sorry if I offended anyone, it was not my intention.

David Tennant isn't gay SuziH, he'd dating sophia miles who's a HOTTIE (and has a great smile). I'm sure we've covered that before

Neither actors who played Dr Who (Christopher Eccleston & David Tennant) are gay. David Tennant is currently dating Sophia Myles who played the 'girl in the fire place' in an episode of Dr Who, series 2.

Oh and I stand by my 'uglyboy' nick name for Owen. Gwen is hot, despite the gap in her teeth.

I stand corrected in regards to David being gay. I had read where David is gay somewhere. I have obviously been misinformed. The girl in the fireplace is a lovely girl, if he is with her then that is fantastic.
