They had to cut so much excess skin off him and stitch him up and it was surgery because liposuction sucks the fat out and his fat was already gone... it was his left over skin. Adro would of been better off losing the weight over a year or more and I bet he would of had NO excess skin to be surgically removed. My son was at least as big as Adro and losing the weight (70+Kg) over 18 months meant he had no left over skin to contend with. That is the risk you take with being on a show like this. Imagine all the left over skin when Damien (206kg) loses weight. He is already 50kg heavier than the next heaviest competitor (that's the weight of my adult daughter!). He has a massive task ahead of him.

I was so excited tonight because they finally showed some more of jillian.. but it was almost a "blink and you miss it" moment. And she barely said anything! Ham is very lean. Leg ham cut at home off the bone is the leanest, just don't eat the fat/rind. I lurvvvvvvvvve leg ham.
Turkey is lean too as long as you don't eat the skin! I forgot to watch tonight's TBL coz I got a phone call then I was out of routine
