Exercising for 5hrs a day is to lose weight, I believe they just want to stay at their current weights so their training regime would be less.

Yep, Fiona is on those ads wearing a mumu!!!  She looks like she's put on a lot of weight again...

I wouldn't say from that pic that Munnalita is fat, but she has put a little bit back on which is only to be expected really...
