It's so stupid, australians seem to hate americans so they hate halloween, only country that u feel the hate towards halloween

I don't celebrate Halloween, as it has no significance for me.  I dislike it when trick or treaters try to ram it down my throat, not respecting that I choose not to participate.  I don't hate Americans though.

when I lived in usa we went trick or treating and you only went to houses with the outside light on
i took my sisters once next door and they were all "*sniff* that is an american *emphasis*holiday... we are not americans *sniff sniff*
these are the snobby neighbours.. perfect garden

I just don't get Halloween. Surely it can't be safe anymore? Do parents really let their kids eat candy from complete strangers? Or do they only go to the houses of ppl they know?

even though i live in Australia i went tricker treating 4 the first time last year it was pretty fun.Someone wouldnt hand out lollies to people under 13!He had 2 ask me and my bestie how old we were!Of course I'm 11 and shes 12 so we got some!Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when me and my brother were like 8 we used to do it but all the poeple in the area were mean so we stopped.. relly strange here in oz. no one celebrates halloween... what exactly is it?? like all i knwo is there are parties and you dress up and go trick or treatng but is there any story behind it???
