A FORMER Britney Spears bodyguard will file a lawsuit today alleging the singer made sexual advances towards him and abused her two children in front of him, TMZ reported.
Fernando Flores claimed the Oops!... I Did It Again singer made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" towards him by walking around her home naked or cornering him in awkward sexual situations.
"Spears engaged in numerous sex acts in front of Flores," the lawsuit claimed.
"She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by Flores, intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to Flores," according to legal documents obtained by the celebrity website.
After which, Spears reportedly told Flores "You know you liked it."
In addition to the allegations of sexual harassment, Flores claims he witnessed Spears, 28, hitting her two children and feeding them crab, even though they were known to have serious fish allergies.
“Mind your own f---ing business" Spears allegedly yelled at Flores when he tried to seek medical help for the two boys after they consumed the fish.
A spokesperson for Spears did not comment on the allegations.
