I wonder when she gets to spend time with her kids

Quoted from SuziH
It is IMHO no way for a young mother to be acting and with all the bad publicity Paris gets, if I were Brit, she would NOT be my new best friend.

Quoted from Simpson
Tell me about it! Especilly with KFed wanting custody of the kids! She's looking very irrisponsible isn't she?!

Here is a reply to all of you from Paris Hilton's Blog

Quoted from Paris Hilton
I told Brit I'd write a bulletin on here to try to clear some news to atleast the people who are on my list...

Lately, you've been seeing pics of me and Britney partying (blah blah) and she knows that some of her fans are very upset about what they call her "behavior" and sadly they're blaming the issue on her being friends with me. Yeah, me and Brit have become really close in the past few weeks, and we've gone out alot in the past few nights, but I never influence anything she does, and neither does anyone else.

Brit is her own person and she deals with her own things everyday. For people to call out her parenting skills on behalf of her partying ethics is appalling. Britney loves her kids to death, and I know for a fact that it truly hurts her when she sees these cruel things being written about her.

She goes home every night to her babies and partying has not come in the way of her parenting.

Anyone who has called her out on this should really be ashamed. There are thousands of mothers out there who like to go out and have a good time. But, you do not see people out there calling them "bad parents" She's young, and if she wants to go out and have some fun, let her. Just because she does these things does not mean she doesn't care about her children. For the sake of Britney and her kids, be kind

Love,
Paris

I don't think it makes any difference, but Paris makes some very valid points.
I don't honestly think it will make any difference to the tabloid magazines and the idiots who read them either, but it does at least give everybody else who wants to hear it the truth.

I'm starting to get excited people...

It has been confirmed that Britney will release an album this year.

Larry Rudolph (Britney's Manager):
The singer's next album is about half completed, Rudolph says, and in the next few weeks, her focus will be in the studio. "She's real excited." There is no official release date yet, but Rudolph says an "educated guess" calls for a single released in late summer and an album in late fall.

Jive Records:
...Britney is in the middle of recording. We will have an album in 2007.

This has all been said in the last couple days. WorldOfBritney.com (a very reliable source) has reported that a single is most likely due in August and the album in Sept/Oct. I think this is great, it means she has at least six months to turn her negative publicity around. It also means she has plenty of time to prepare her album (altough I think since 2003 was when her last album was released, she has had plenty of time) and herself aswell. Woot!

A single a little earlier would be good though (maybe in May and then the second in August followed by the album), but Ill take whatever we get!

Britney also wrote this letter on her official site yesterday (our time).

Quoted from Britney Spears

Dear Fans,

It has been a while since I've addressed you personally here on my official website. The last couple of years have been quite a ride for me, the media has criticized my every move and printed a skewed perception of who I really am as a human being. Behind every decision I have made in my public life there always seems to be an apparent contradiction. I have come to terms with that which is why I usually don't pay much attention to it.

The last couple of years have been very enlightening for me and now that I've had the time to be "me," I've been able to sit down and think about where I want to go with myself as an entertainer with absolutely no strings attached. I am now more mature and feel like I am finally "free." I've been working so hard on this new album and I can't wait for you all to hear it and to go on tour again! I would like to exclusively tell you that I am working hard to release the new album sometime later this year, but the date is of course not certain yet. I look forward to coming back this year bigger and better than ever, and to also reaching out to my fans on a more personal level. I noticed today that one of my biggest fansites is shutting down soon and I want you all to know that I do understand all the reasons that went behind making that decision, and I am sad to see it closing. If I were you I'd be unhappy too if I had to read what I've been reading every day. But trust me, I get it. I know I've been far from perfect and the media has had a lot of fun exaggerating my every move, but I want you all to know that I love my fans so much, and I appreciate everything you have done for me, so Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Love,
Britney

Well it sounds like she truly does appreciate her fans "Thank you, Thank you, Thank you" , I guess she is trying to win some fans back now. If she just keeps wearing underwear and dosn't do anything stupid for a few months she could do it. I would like her to update her site a little more often to (atm it is just a frame with the letter in it).

Is the new Brit album just her being propped up infront of a mic and falling over? She's just white trash, another few years she'll be living in a campervan
