How many of you have seen this movie? I'd like to hear your thoughts on it.

I think it rightly deserved the Oscar.

I don't think it did.  It was a decent drama, a good drama and that was about it.  It wasn't spectacular.  I liked it but it was very well hyped up after winning the award.

I think people would have appreciated the movie more had there not been as much hype. I have found that NO movie has ever lived up to the amount of hype generated about it. Not one. Bloody media

I did find the Pulp Fiction-esque meshing of storylines rather clever. Six degrees of separation and all that. I also appreciated the 'where are they now' type of ending. At least it didn't really leave us all hanging, like A History of Violence. What the hell was up with the whole dinner table scene?
