Channel 10 have a good News hour at 6am.  As I am an early riser and am usually back from my walk about 6.15, this is ideal.  No crapping around stuff, interviews or music, just a nice hour of news.  Bliss!

I used to like Today, until they canned Steve Leibman - I cannot stand Karl whatisface, and don't thin much of the new female host either (can't remember her name).

Steve Liebman never got canned, he quit because of his health.

Today's WAY better. I like Karl and Lisa.

I do like Ten's Early news - but I wish it would not reply everything every 15 minutes or so. I guess that's the point of the show - catching the early birds who are quick out of the door.

Sunrise has really become the NBC Today of breakfast TV. I followed Adam Boland's rise when he was a frequent visitor of MediaSpy.org. He would ask members things like where should he put the clock on the screen etc and the next morning the clock would be moved. Sadly he's not around there much anymore.

Any TV producers on eBlah! - fire away! We're not short of ideas around here! hehe.

I love Kochie actually. I always seem to agree with him on everything he says.

That said, Today has really improved this year. It seems tighter and more fast paced. I think you need that in the morning.
