Heh, it's the same news everywhere, but I respect TEN giving us twice 30 minutes of news rather than 3 minutes news, 3 minutes sport, 4 minutes weather and 20 minutes tips on how to lose weight.
What's the difference between Ten, Nine and Seven news? Nothing. It's the same stories, the same type of people watching...
It's the same news except for...

I like my news in a concise manner; 2 and SBS do that perfectly, followed by 7 & 9 (not in any order). I don't watch morning news as I am either on my way to or at work.
Morning news should be light and some interesting topics, as well as letting people to switch on at any time and able to get the headlines in a few minutes. Without the need to sit in front of telly on time.
That's why the Early News has a news ticker and repeats the news at 6.30, like Nine News when they had a news bulletin before Today. I used to tune into that before it was canned.
