I've just noticed that the eBroadcast homepage has been updated. Nice work people, although the dot next to the "home" location image looks rather familiar... |

Does now Thanks for the feedback guys. It's just a nice fresh look for 06. We'll be freshening up all pages over the next couple of days, including eBlah! |

Can we have more search engines? It'd be good to be able to choose one. |

Is this the place to suggest improvments for the actual TV Guide side of things at eBroadcast or is it just for eBlah?
Anyways, I think it would be most helpful to have a 'Yesterday' menu for the TV Guide, so you can check and see what you missed. I've often thought 'oh no! I'm sure there was a new episode on last night!' the next day, but can't check and see. |

It would have to be 'printer friendly' too . . bold adverts can use much ink.! |

I think it would be good if you somehow listed the definition and aspect ratio that shows will be in on digital, because I can't find any TV guides on the net that do.
Makes it really annoying when you're scheduling a record off digital and get the aspect ratio wrong. If you can't get the definition ie. i576, i720, etc. it would still be good to have a [WS] for widescreen in the guide. |

That sounds confusing. How do learn about all of that once you buy a widescreen TV? Is it in the manual or do you just have to gossip and read on the internet? |

He means that with some programs being Widescreen, some High definition and Widescreen, and whatever else is out there now, along with shows that are normal, he has to set his recorder up for it and doesn't know in advance what something might be broadcast in so he'd like to know in advance in the TV guide.
I blame the Howard administration for forcing it. |

Hey, I'm having heaps of trouble viewing the TV guide section of this website. The first part loads up fine, just not the bottom half where I can choose what day/time/state. It always took about 20 seconds for the whole page to load, but now its just not loading. Oh I use firefox btw... |

The advertisement for the "talking smilies" on the TV Guide page needs to go. Seriously! Either that or we need an option to turn off the sound. Don't make me have to picket the eBroadcast building! |

I noticed your query Tasman, but I didn't see any link to the guide on the forum either and thought maybe you already knew where the website guide is. http://www.ebroadcast.com.au/tv/Btw, it's probably kind of counterproductive not to have a link to it from the forum pages, for example I don't use the ebroadcast guide but someone elses through a bookmark, but now that I post here a little again, perhaps I'd have clicked on a link within the forums. |

Thanks heaps MeanDean, no I didn't have that link, so thanks heaps. Also agree totally with you, how odd not to have a link from the forum to the guide, whereas I just looked and there definately a link here from the guide. Needs to be added imho. |

Yeah great. 9HD. So are you going to join the second Eblah Forums Song Video Contest thing, Glen? Right now you're kind of in this category: This is where you get to be when you enter: Matt has a special thing planned, Tasman is entering as a debutante, and my entry sucks, so that's less competition. Come on People, we have such a potential for a huge age category representation in a huge genre, that we should all enter just for the sake of curiosity. Viva la Rock! On the 9HD thing, and with the link from here to the TV guide thing, the TV guide I use isn't this one, and they don't have 9HD listed, though as I understand, tomorrow 9HD will be doing some alternate programming on HD. I don't often watch the HD channels because the tuner is my computer. I watch some stuff on Sci-Fi Thursdays on 10HD... check out Eureka for those who have HD. Anyway, I still have 10HD and 7HD selected on my guide because I'm sometimes on the look out for better stuff to watch if it so happens it's not a simulacast and there's nothing good on. Currently my link to the TV guide is on my homepage, which is my own html file on my hard drive. The file doesn't get edited often. I noticed there still isn't an easy way to click from here to the tv guide. Maybe that's intentional, that it would cost more bandwidth people clicking back and forth rather than in just one direction.. I don't know. You have my input though, probably more than what was wanted as I've said it twice now. So like I was saying, video song contest. |

Does Admin actually ever read or reply to these messages?? Very odd. PS. I have put a link to the TV Guide in my sig seeing Admin don't seem to want to do it. I have also put a link there for the greatest competition if anyone would like to check it out - The Eblah Video Song Contest btw, thats a great sig you have there MeanDean |
