I usually weigh myself every thursday morning but I just had to, this morning. I have lost 1.2kg since last thursday and altogether now lost 15.6kg. A week at a time! Good for you Matt but remember muscle weighs heavier than fat! Make use of that membership, don't waste your money.

The differance in her arms in the 2 pictures show it though, as does the extra size in her chest.
I know you can't read this Suzi, but you surely shouldn't be embarrassed to exercise, even if you're bigger then Jessica on the left there.  Anyone being mean is just an arsehole, and anyone being mean to someone to the girl in the left in the posted picture is a fool in addition.

I can read your posts BTW MD and yes people are are a***holes and they are mean to anyone who looks like they have gained a few kilos, in particular if the weight gainer is in the public eye. I was just rapt that I am slimmer than her, that next to her or anyone who has reached the finals of Australia's biggest Loser I would still look great. I know I would be slimmer than AJ.Rochester. It's a great feeling. Never, after being over weight for 24 years would I disrespect anybody who is overweight/well rounded/chunky/fat/obese. The world we live in is so superficial and that is terribly sad. It's not in my nature to be discriminatory.

I would not go so far as to say anorexic but if she is really a size 4....? I believe it has been digitally enhanced or airbrushed. Also, my chinese daughter in law is tiny and smaller than the "size 4" and my daughter is an australian size 8-10 and not as curvy as the size 4 pic. The fat chicks in bikini's, now that IS taking it TOO FAR! Even I would not do that and I am a size 10 on the bum, size 14-16 on the top. Being that big (25-35 stone/160-222kg) and posing in bikinis, is obscene IMHO

It gets really annoying when people criticise people and say that are too skinny, anorexic etc (on gossip blogs for example), when you can clearly see they have some fat on them, they are just thin and likely naturally really small boned etc. But I guess if it makes people feel better about their own weight.. the norm is getting bigger and people are deluding themselves into calling thin people anorexic and overweight people perfectly fine. 80cm + for women around the waist is over weight. You'd be surprised how thin that is, or seems.

Morbidly underweight? It's not real but if it was, no way is that girl that dangerously underweight. Look at her ribs, they're hardly extremely protruding! And I don't think a picture is enough to tell if someone has a disease or not. Looking anorexic to you doesn't mean she is.
