Just have to tell all my friends on here.... I have lost 11kg in the past 4 months, most of it in the past 2 months Got weighed at the Dr's yesterday as well as blood pressure (135/75) and blood glucose (  ) not telling you that one. The Doc was very happy with me, even my Blood glucose was passable in his opinion.BUT the thing I am most rapt with is 11kg GONE, aiming for 2kg per fortnight and have been on track for that for the past 6 weeks  Have about another 15-20kg to be my ideal weight for age and height. By end of April I should be there. It's never too late. I'm shrinking/melting (said in a voice like the witch in wizard of Oz)  |
