Is Luke your real name Nannyfan? Also, I wonder if The Nanny has gotten kind of old for you yet. Anyway, hi there... hope all is well. |

Today is the anniversary of the murder of a dear one in Germany, but I guess I will "harden up" in time. |

Paula, like I said in my response to your pm, that is sad, but you are taking what I said out of context. You are quoting something I said and associating it with something completely different, that is defamatory. |

Paula FFS, stop picking on everyone in the forum! Do you know how many people you drive off? (But, obviously, that sucks, and sorry) |

There is a strangly likeable thing about her voice, as much as it is annoying as well. Its almost hypnotic, but waking up to it every day would be ... not easy to do.

We thought about that as a name if we had a boy. I hope you don't get tired of hearing "Use the force, Luke", it's a good name... our daughter is Leia but this is honestly a coincidence, and we didn't actually entertain the idea of boys names near as much because the ultrasound was really clear on Leia. Its can be easier to tell if its a girl because you're looking for 3 lines where the skin folds but with guys its sort of "yeah it looks like there could be something there, and we don't see the 3 line thingy" but its still less accurate if you have a good solid reading of a boy vs a good one of a girl. I wonder how old Fran would be now. I wonder if you'll ever meet her... eat at the same restaurant by coincidence or something. Well this is it... soon you'lle be of legal drinking age if you aren't already, and then it's all downhill from there for me. I'll just be the old guy with an old attitude at some point |

Yeah I'm a huge fan like most people, but choosing Leia really was a coincidence. No one ever believes me about it. We were really stressed about choosing a name and spent a couple hours going through a book one day and when my wife said that name it just clicked for both of us, and for me without any association with the movies. Luke I just sort of thought of because I was toying with the idea of traditional Christian names and it seemed like the best one out of the Apostles and then it just grew on me over time. I didn't make the association to the movie until after we picked out Leia and realised "Hmm... Luke and Leia." That's bad news about the age differance Nanyfan |
