Have reassessed the advert and edited it somewhat.

Housemate Wanted
$150 p.w.
BUDERIM
Sick of renting alone? Sick of paying $200 plus for unsuitable accommodation? Want more than just a 'room'? I would like someone to team up with me to rent a beautiful spacious older unit in the heart of Buderim. 50/50 footing as lease holders. Equal Housemates. Security building and pool in complex. I have no car so the single LUG is all yours. I am a happy well balanced 50+ female who is a great cook with a relaxed, easy going personality. I do not smoke, drink or gamble and would like my housemate to be a non smoker, mild drinker or sober and live up to their responsibilities in paying their share of the living costs. Having rented for 22 years this unit has impressed me.

It has been viewed by 22 people now. Come on housemate.... I know you are 'out there'.

Do you think you should say how many bedrooms, or do you you mean something else with Want more than just a 'room'?

I'm very innocent you see

Good luck Suzi

I am a happy well balanced female who is a great cook with a relaxed, easy going personality. Looking for a N/S male or female who is reliable & responsible. Must be quick to help me secure this terrific rental.

I have written it out 4 or 5 different ways before settling on this one.
Anolder man came yesterday to meet me and he was up in the air ashe has been housesitting for many years (different beautiful houses) and was not sure he wanted to give up that lifestyle. He just rang me and gave me the answer I expected. "No sorry, good luck!" He is going to house-sit a humongous house up in the sticks in the hinterland.
Onward and upward!
Hey Dara... how did these last two days go with the QCS? Tell us all about it when you get on this arv.

Today was harder than yesterday, too many stupid art questions, and the english which are my best were all arty or poetry which is not my forte >:C
But not too bad I guess.
The long response  topic was 'circle' :O they give us 2006's topic but more narrowed :O (they had shape).
The 2008 QCS was much harder than 2006 or 2007 that's for sure.

Queensland Core Skills test, like the big grade 12 exam for everyone in qld
waste of time really, private schools don't let anyone lower than a B average sit the test anyway, so when they average the grades of all the students at each school (then award them the mark of the SCHOOL), obviously all the private schools do better.

but whatever, as long as people in IPT, bct, ancient, maths b, english and physics do well (if they do your actual class assessment grades go up)

Woke up feeling very despondent today. Have a stress headache and am sad. The unit I love is going to a married couple. There is a small modern self-contained one bedroom unit for $210. per week but I would be pushing it to pay the rent. I have made an enquiry. It is pouring with rain here so I am going straight to the Ophthalmologist (eye specialist) and straight home. I could be homeless in 13 days.

Things are looking up! I have found a place to live in the form of sharing with two older established housemates. In desperation I rang an emergency housing place yesterday and ended up chatting with a lovely lady named Helen. Helen it so happens… needs someone to share with her and her housemate. It is apparently a lovely big one level home with a spa. My bedroom and ensuite are separate from the main house. Loungeroom and kitchen are my domain as well to share with the others. My birds are welcome.  Through the back gate is the shops (doctor, chemist, Woolworths) and the bus. It will cost me $150. per week with electricity included. I am pretty damned happy, over the moon in fact.   Not sure about phone line hence not sure about my internet.   The BIG surprise is their birthdays are on the same day, he will be 53 she will be 54 on the 15th October and I…… will be 53 on the 16th October. Libran’s absolutely get along famously with other Libran’s.
