I love it Matt but a little too boxy for me. I do love all the new apartments I have on my list, truly. I have lived in a brand new home in Tamworth and lurvlurvlurved it. Can't have a huge yard that doesn't include yard maintenence because that would cost heaps to get done. A few (native) trees are nice but too many trees up here encourages so many bugs especially mosquitos.

Yesterday Abby got some finalist ribbons but she is so tiny (like a 5 year old) and has big 8 year olds to contend with. She will be 8 in November. She went in everything, even the high jump. My sunburn has settled heaps, still a little flushed in the face Good dose of Vitamin D for me yesterday
