As you know… Garage sale was not a success on Saturday BUT the lady from Murgon who owns a shop offered to buy all the stock, stands etc. I rang her yesterday and all my stock has gone and I am a little richer. OMG there was bzillions of hair decorations and scrunchies and head sweat bands. Earrings galore and heaps of other stuff that I would never of shifted! ALL GONE. Now I have room to have the next garage sale of household goods and items I no longer want/need! Can’t wait until Saturday. What was that?.... YES I am opening at 6am and LatBit can get St***ed!

It's tempting Dara, but I would be suffering. I get up late these days because I have no reason to get up early. I think this next garage sale will do better because it's what regular garage sale goers want/like.

OMG they do up here on the Sunny Coast. There are about 20-25 regulars who go to every garage sale every weekend. You even get to know their names! There are at least 30 garage sales in the area every weekend. I have decided I do not want to live in a scungey mould riddled crappy place for $200 per week so am looking to share on my terms. Went to bed with so may mixed up thoughts and then woke up at 5:35am and had to get up and sent expressions of interest emails to Real Estate agents for some beautiful units/apartments/small houses, with minimum 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Below are some links to some beautiful places.

I have listed them in order of most liked. I have contacted all the agents in a little message from the website
and with 2 people sharing... it's half the cost which is less than $200 minimum wanted for rats nests. Now I just have Real estates to deal with. I don't have a car so a garage is not a must but another person most likely will have a car. I am excited I have made this decision

I am going to watch Abby in her athletics carnival this morning then her Mum and I are going to Sizzler for lunch

Cool did she win any races?

Ok I'm looking at all those houses.

1- This one is nice I like all the trees!
2- Nice and new and good facilities etc, but it's in a new development and I don't like them much.
3-Looks nice, good location, cheaper than the 1st 2
4- It doesn't say air con.. It seems good but.. boring
5- Posh, good facilities, but I don't like it
6- cheap, pool, ferns! the inside looks a bit drab though.

Thank you for the critique-ing Dara, that's fabulous. I really love the Pheasant Street one (the first one) I love living up high coz people don't peek through your windows I can check out the Pheasant one and the 172 King one anytime during office hours. The Alex Heads one is in a lovely area. It is open for inspection at 11am Friday. I will get my old neighbour to take me and give him petrol money. So I gather you do not like brand new, Dara?! Something with character and charm is lovely but ensuites and great kitchens are fantastic.

Interesting. Both of you like secluded older sort of homes.

This is the type of house I'd like to live in:

Oh god Matt it's so depressing! On the corner.. no trees.. it's all harsh and metal, and look in the background, I could handle that if it was new york but it's in the middle of a (boring) development!
