I'm a reasonable cook when I read the recipe but very ordinary when I try to conjure up something myself.  I love the sauces shelf at the supermarket.

I sit up the front when I can,although I dont go on buses much.

I would sit with candles around and play Dominoes (if in company) or read a book (if alone)

Why is an underdone steak called  "rare".

I have no idea.  Maybe it's the frequency of cooked meat found in it.  I tried to look into the history of the word to but it was too boring and I gave up.  I did find this out though:

Yeah but it's hardly like it is on the TV.   The "attorney appointed for you by law" meets you 5 minutes before you go into the courtroom and says "This is what they're offering," then you go sit down and if you're lucky your'e name starts with A and not Z.  Then they say "How do you plead."  You say either guilty or not guilty.  If you say not guilty then another court date is set up.  If you say guilty then you get sentenced.  I was there till almost everyone had left once, apparently they read the names forwards and backwards to mix it up, and only 3 people out of at least a hundred had pled not guilty.  I pled guilty, got a slap on the wrist and went on my way.  I think the real punishment for a misdemeanor is an uncomfortable chair and the stressful 6 month wait for the court date in a backed up legal system.

If you get arrested in Australia, do you still have the right to keep your mouth shut and do you have the right to an attorney... if you can not afford an attorney one will be appointed to you?

A: Nope, never been caught.......lol


Q: Ever been in the "cells"

I've never been in the holding cells, I think you mean that.  I got the most idiotic arrest ever.  It was for bad cheques I couldn't cover.  I got a notice to go up to the cheque diversion program where they fine you and give you a short time limit to pay it.  I said I couldn't pay it so I was handed a form to sign that I was released under my own care and then given a court date.  AFTER that I drove separatley and met them down at the police station where I was told to just sit in the waiting room.  After about 2 hours I was finger printed and photographed.  Then I was on my way.  It was retarded.  I've seen the holding cells at my local police station because I had to get finger printed by the police here and have it sent back to the FBI for a criminal record check when I was getting approved for residency here and seems that every police station in Sydney has the fingerprinting machine in the same room as the holding tanks.  I had to wait for about 3 days, calling constantly, before I could get it done because they won't let a presumed innocent person back there if there's a presumed guilty even when they're behing bars.  Afraid of getting sued I suppose.

No way.  If you remember that then you have an awesome memory.  I do have lots of fragments from preschool but nothing that detailed.  Do remember my first day a little though.  One guy I met in preschool I was friends with until I was 14 despite moving quite a distance.  Back then he used to hide under the bed because he didn't want to go to school and his mom would have to drag him out from under the bed.  I bet that's easier said that done, dragging an unwanting 2 year old out from under a bed lol.

I am still friends with my friend I met back in first grade - I think. I don't remember our meeting, they've just always been there as long as I remember!
