I ran into one of them at the local shops today. He looked right at me and ran away!
Well you obviously were not going fast enough / only struck them a galancing blow - better luck next time! PS - did you use the door? |

Since my last post.... The morons over the back planted something else in another hedge right up against the side of my unit next to my entryway.... took a few days to find it and that was after I dug up my little garden at my front door and cut back a beautiful fern that was going great guns.... a bag (the size you put fruit and Veg in at the supermarket) full of prawn heads and prawn shells. I was heaving when I bagged it into 2 grocery bags and disposed of it. OMG. That was this time last week. |

I had to read it a few times to get it, I read morons as mormons! I'm thinking 'huh? Don't they usually leave tracts and literature?!' Anyway! Did you do anything about it? I guess these kids just want you to go nuts at them or something, or retaliate. My neighbors sometimes leave poo on the lawn. But then again, they can't help it, they're ducks (I have a big pond across from my place). Heh heh! |

I don't intend to go nuts, went there this time last year and didn't particularly like it! There is no way I would ever retaliate, I believe in Karma and my daughter who is a huge advocate of Karma would be very disappointed and cross with me and I would not like that. If I don't RE-act then that will drive THEM mad (I am hoping). |

You are right of course! . . the only scary thing is. . if they keep it up even after you don't fight back . .then you know they are 'bad seeds'. . .use the police in that case.

Rumour has it that my "favourite" neighbours have a case of Scarlet Fever in the house, and are semi-quarantined. I wondered why it was quiet, apart from the fact that their mini dirt bike's been confiscated, after having tormented one too many residents at 2 am. |

Ooh, ooh, ooh news update. One of the young people from over the back has gone. She shared the unit with the old bloke and was the young mother's best friend and worst influence. Now, this week we had our back fence (which fronts onto their long driveway) pulled down (it was bent and rotting) and a brand new timber fence built that even my 6'1" son cannot see over. It is beeeuuutifull. I am now building a new garden and making it look all lovely again. Best thing, no-one can see over into my yard, no-one can peep through the lattice or the palings and there is a marked noise reduction. Yippee!! |

Whats the saying about good fences making good neighbours? My current neighbour is a silly old frenchman who divides his time between drinking dozens of bottles of beer and annoying myself and any other neighbour he can. He almost got evicted late last year but he got out of it |

And there's the exrta benefit of, when no one is home, being able to walk directly from the shower to the back yard without ever grabbing a towel. It may not sound useful but "because you can" lol. |
