The old people across the road were moving out and I was like YAY we might get someone my age! (These people, I've seen them outside their house like, once in 5 years!) I told my dad and he was like, oh no not new people they might play loud music. I was like, omgggggggggg. Better than the closed-up-ness of them!
is there such an expression? heheh It's a bit like the devil you know and the devil you don't when neighbours leave and new one's move in! A new guy has moved in next door to share with the woman next door (housemates only) he is very quiet except when he goes in or out the back door (their main entrance). EVERY TIME, he lets it bang and rattles the hinges off it! It doesn't bother me as it's 20-30 feet away from my back door but it is about 3 feet from Drama Queen Dean's bedroom window I am hoping and wishing to get a 'senior's unit' in the area (hopefully Buderim) around the time my lease is due here in September Anyone alone and over 50 qualifies for a government Senior's Unit..... I feel so old I will be happy to leave this place after the vindictiveness of the vendetta against me by the Drama Queen and the Latvian B itch. The harassment has only just stopped a week ago after their last volley was fired. One of them (Dean I would hazard a guess) contacted Centrelink when the problems began on the 18th Feb. with vexatious accusations regarding my pension. I was cleared by Centrelink for any wrong doing but it set my health back a bit. Karma... 'what goes around comes around' (is how my 81 year old Mum put it) This little neighbourhood is an 'Enclave of Gossip and Meddling'
Well you can uncross those fingers of yours Paula....this morning was woken @ 5am, by yelling (new neighbours)...had to listen to whole conversation about how he is away too long at work and he says she is always out with her friends and when they need help, the so called friends are nowhere to be seen.....Not something that will endear me to them, especially at that hour of the morning and the language they used to shout at each other!. Looks like there are x3 of them plus black and white cat....(man, woman and small child).

I am so sorry Candy Not a good thing to be happening let alone with a small child as witness. Probably a good thing the man does go away a lot or you may get the yelling and swearing more regularly. Are they renting? You have more avenues to complain if it gets worse and is constant if they rent. It may be why they moved there in the first place, they had to move
I went to the Real Estate today and made a face to face plea to stay where I am. This was done with encouragement of….. Eva (Latvian b****) from Number 1! She began talking to me over the weekend because once more I picked up the Dog poo outside my place and hers, so Abby and Shelley would not walk in it. She…, ummmm I realised when she came into my place last night with a glass of beautiful wine for us both, why I found her so hard to take. OMG everything gets lost in the translation AND she is such a bossy boots. Anyhoo….. went to the Real Estate, they brought out the big gun, the owner/boss/landlord/real estate owner! He is a ondescendng MORON and LIAR. He made me so cross I was ready to scream. No they would not reconsider, he believes the problems are not solved. I have not so much as said ‘boo’ for 7 months and this is how I am treated. My daughter was with me and she was fit to explode as well. He also told me that it was more than JUST my neighbours who complained! WTF, who else would buy into this s hit? He said so much crap and told so many lies from the lies he’d heard, I was stunned. I supposedly contacted the immigration dept. about Latvian B itch (why, I ask you) I made trouble for everyone else I came into contact with. He didn’t care that old furniture and crap was left out the front on the nature strip, frankly (is how he put it). Forget the council laws! A rse hole. Honestly this place is one level up from a dump/slum but he told me they were putting the rents up across the board, oh except for Dean the Drama Queen’s! Eva (L B itch) told me her rent went up to $175. in June when she resigned her lease. He told me so many whoppers like…. Rents are going up to $190-$200 pw in line with other places in the market BS BS BS , honestly they would not be able to charge that considering what the council would say about these places. Anyway, after 40 minutes I was getting no where fast so we left, also he said I am a good tenant and should check out one of their other rentals…. Next to the cranky chain smoker who yells all day who used to live in Eva’s unit. Pah! Not bloody likely. Last night Eva came in to suggest I find a person to pick up Dean’s crap and take it to the dump. She suggested Stephen’s Taxi. Then she says she will pay for someone to do it… then she says the QB mattress moron put out on the heap of crap, now stinks to high heaven as it was rained on in February and has been rotting in his garage ever since and 'IT"S ALL YOUR FAULT' she said to me. I found someone and emailed her the details re price and hours and name and number and said ‘You can take it from here’. She also suggested I go to Dean and apologise… Actually apologise for him breaking the law. Then she says…. If you move, he will find you. He has friends on the Gold Coast and everywhere, she said. WTHell? He is too lazy to get out of his own damn way. Yesterday when she was thanking me for picking up the poop I said (coz I knew she would) “Please, please please don’t tell anyone especially Dean but I have to move in a month” he came out the back to his bin, not far from where we were chatting and she called out ‘hellooooo Dean’ he looked up and said ‘what, are you talking to s**t?’ she hesitated and said with a twitter… ‘Yes’. Then when she and I concluded I came inside and she went straight to him and told him! Not going to repeat what he said. She told me later that she has noticed a change in Dean since he has been working in aged care in an old people’s home… changing nappies, bathing them, cleaning up their messes and helping them. I asked her how he had changed and she said ‘oh he is very stressed and down and not happy, he used to be happy and upbeat’ HAAAAAH, he was pretending. He has always been negative. He has always been a dole bludging dog until Centrelink caught up to him after 8 years of sitting on is a rse not looking or work. THIS IS KARMA. Eva was taken to the cleaners by her RE boss who fleeced her out of $40,000. More Karma for her part in the February problems. I am meant to leave this little cess pit I believe. The Universe is sending me a big wake up call. I don’t belong near people like this. Negative, back stabbing, rude, simple, _ _ _ _ _ _ fill in all the blanks! Anyway, that’s all I am going to say on the matter, FINITO, end… that’s all folks.
