Shane Warne is still a great cricketer no matter what he has done in his private life...

Warnes back together: report
April 1, 2007 - 9:23AM

Spin king Shane Warne and his estranged wife Simone are getting back together.

The high-profile couple, who split over Warne's womanising, were last night due to fly out of Australia with their three children for a new life in the United Kingdom, according to a newspaper report.

The couple will reportedly settle on the south coast of England, where Warne has at least two more years to play for county cricket side Hampshire.

The family's mansion in the Melbourne suburb of Brighton is on the market, and the children have been enrolled in school in England.

"Shane and Simone have been working out their differences and you can draw your own conclusions from that," a source close the couple told the paper.

Make that ARE back together and have flown out to England with the kids. On the Sunday morning Sunrise show (whatever the heck it's called) the guys in the studio including Simon and Beretts were very approving of Simone's 'look' at the airport! I missed it but they mentioned the word 'blooming' to describe her. I suppose she was wearing something revealing to put the guys in a flurry of excitement.
Having lived through a cheating husband's misdemeanor's I really hope that Shane is worth all the effort and that Simone doesn't end up humiliated by him again.

If the media leave them alone I am sure they will make it.  He is very lucky to have been given yet again another chance to keep it in his pocket.........he has to be stronger than the average bloke as there are many golddiggers out there who will be testing him.

Get over yourself Simone

What is there left to say about the Warnes?

Not much, except they must be one of the most selfish couples going around.

Simone made her bed when she moved back to England (for the second time) to be with Shane _ and now she must lie in it _ albeit alone.
Meanwhile serial adulterer Shane, seems to spend his time lying in bed with any woman who has a pulse. I really don’t know where he gets the time to fit in cricket with all his philandering.

None of us are surprised by Simone’s latest “teary” revelation of being screwed over (yet again) by the cricket champion. And nor should she be, which is why few of us can feel any sympathy for the mother-of-three.
If anything, the debacle of their “marriage” (they divorced last year) has become as tiresome as re-runs of Fawlty Towers, but far less funny.
In July 2005, Simone gave exhausting details of the impact her husband’s philandering had on her, and their three children.
She told of the trauma for their kids Brooke, Jackson and Summer to say goodbye to their home, grandparents, friends and school when she decided to give him a second chance and follow him to England, only to have to turn around within weeks when she discovered he was being unfaithful yet again.
At the time, Simone claimed it was the straw that broke the camel’s back and she finally filed for divorce, pocketing $10million along the way and reverting to her maiden name.
But even before the ink on the divorce papers was dry, the couple were seen holidaying and canoodling again in Fiji.
She even had the gall to sell the story of their reunion to a women’s magazine calling it their “second honeymoon’’.
Before we knew it, the 37-year-old had again packed up the kids and headed back to England to be with Shane saying he was a changed man.
Now she’s back. Boring us with the same quotes such as:  “I’m absolutely devastated;” “it was the wake-up call I needed”; “it broke my heart all over again so it’s over forever now, the leopard doesn’t change his spots”.
The question must be asked: How much were you paid this time for your story?
Enough Simone.
If not for your own sanity, then at least think of Brooke, Jackson and Summer.
How confused must they be now?
These three innocent children do not deserve to be dragged around the world, leaving their friends and grandparents behind, every time their selfish mother has physical needs.
It’s not healthy for them and their schooling must be beginning to suffer.
Face it. Shane Warne is a deadbeat husband and dad.
He’s never going to change.
And it’s time you give your children the opportunity to enjoy their lives, even if you’re such an emotional cripple you can’t.

The only losers in the sad and sorry Warne Saga are the children. They honestly must not know what is happening in their lives. One week their parents are together the next week they live in England the next week their Dad lives with them the next week he doesn't and they are back in Melbourne. For goodness sake give these kids some stability, selfish ***bippettybip*** adults. Grow up!

i totally agree with SuziH, the poor children are the ones to suffer. and if shane warne wasn't in the lime light would there be such a fuss? and what about his wife, as soon as they spilt she sells her story to the highest bidder. the kids should have stablity and they can't get it with parents like them.
