First 2 hours was good.  Going to be another great season of "24" IMO.  The next 2 hours are even better.  Talk about a shock and totally unexpected.  Jack is definately back to his old self and willing to do whatever it takes.

Jack has amazing recuperative powers

A short thick serrated blade twisted into the shoulder muscle & he stops bleeding within minutes         not only that, but the muscle groups don't even go into spasm

ha ha,

I took the divorce and watched it (My child is now missing one parent, anyone know any volunteers for the role ??   )

Not only did he recover well from the blade to the shoulder, but I was particularly impressed with his overall condition after two years in a Chinese jail.  He must have put a lot of effort into keeping his mind & body strong!
David Hicks could do with finding out how he achieved such amazing results.

24 has always beggered belief but that's the fun of it IMHO. Jack said in the first episode of this season for CTU NOT to tell his daughter and girlfriend that he was back in the land of the living. His daughter, Kim, drives everyone crazy and I doubt she will make an appearance this season. Jack is looking pretty buff a few episodes into this season... and we have to remember this occurs over the period of ONE DAY! It's still addictive to those of us who love the '24' franchise

They looked like burns either from acid, hot oil or hot wax. Easy to emulate with a makeup artists know how.   In reality he would of been a blithering idiot with parts missing! Still love Keifer and this show.

Yes, you certainly must love the Chinese... my fav idiosyncrasy is upon the execution of a convicted drug dealer, their family receives a bill for the bullet used in aforementioned action

& back to 24... isn't cloe looking gorgeous this season?  I watched her in an interview on the Jay Leno show & she got together with the producers & pleaded that they let cloe brush her hair & generally tidy up

Last night I watched a teensy bit of 'Sweet Home Alabama' and saw Chloe from 24 playing the part of a bank teller with too much make-up and hair that would survive hurricane force winds! So funny to see her play the part after being used to her idiosyncrasies and character in 24.

I have such a high school crush on both the character & the actor

In real life she has an extremely dry sense of humour ... & those dimples mmmmmmmm

Oh I saw either that interview with Chloe on Jay although I think it might've been Dave Letterman show actually... she was hilarious!!  Very enjoyable to watch both acting and as herself, she's very likable.

I can't believe the time they've pushed this show to.  After such a promising start with double eps at good times, it's moved to 10.30 Wed ????

who stays up that late for TV (anymore) ???

I thought they would have kept it at an earlier time slot too, although it does make for 3 hours of good tv as 24 follows Hero's and Prison Break.

I thought it also made a great start to the 6th season and the revelations that are in store for us viewers are far more shocking than in previous seasons imo.

Don't know about anyone else but my latenight viewing doesn't end until about 3am so the latenight timeslot doesn't affect me to much, but I can see how it would for the people who don't suffer from insomnia and who have normal jobs.

like the above aficionado, I am not bothered by the later time slot but you would think they would find it a better place if they want some ratings
