Hi Antman, Some fantastic suggestions there! 2. A debate forum could be a great idea. Do you mean we should setup a time and place for such a debate on eBlah!? Some might say that the current news threads are continuous debates that never end But your suggestion has merrit. Perhaps when the readership builds up, this could be a big draw card. .
we should do that! |

... and also heres one clamp down on the multi usernames on the same email addy or infact one better IP
I am confused here. How do you know there are multi-user names on the same e-mail address? And what is the problem with that, anyhow? Also what's the trouble with more than one IP? Mine changes regularly on my broadband and I know that those on dial-up can have a different IP each time they log in. |

No he means only allowing one account per IP not one IP per person. But I don't like that idea anyway so whatever |

Ah ok and nor do I. For me 1 account and 1 person are the same, as I could have 3 accounts on the same IP, because there are three people with accounts that access Eblah! fom the same computer. |

What you never looked at a new user with simliar names only to find out that they are one in the same person :O vesnna vesna vesna_wien ( all on the same email addy ) Ip blocking so one IP to one account will eliminate this and then you know that the person making comments is the one your replying too and they are not hiding there comments that was why i sujested it. Another example just today : SugaDiamond04 sweeteviee ( all on same email) |

It would also block users on the same broadband connection, members of the same family perhaps. Besides who's to know who anyone really is? |

I saw no-one flaming you, unless you mean voicing an opinion which happens not to be the same as yours? That's not flaming, though. |
