Hey, great to see the old eBlah! back! I use to love this board.

Well I've got some programming news so I thought I would start a programming thread. Hopefully that's ok with the mods

OK, Ten have today cancelled The 4400, at least from Tuesday nights.

Expect the following from next week:

Tuesday 20th September
8.30pm 2005 MTV Video Awards

Tuesday 27th September
8.30pm Brainiac (Series Premiere) - Conducting all the experiments you weren't allowed to do in school. Warning: Don't try this at home!

Hope this is helpful.

Hey guys,

Nice to see eBlah! back at eBroadcast.

Fans of Crossing Jordan and Las Vegas should keep an eye out for a special cross-over event airing Thursday October 6. "What Happens In Vegas Dies In Boston" will air for an hour at 8.30pm.

An interesting experiment is happening on Channel Nine in Melbourne this Monday.

With the AFL Brownlow Medal starting at 8pm, Nine have tinkered with their lineup mix for the evening:

5pm Price Is Right
5.30pm Temptation
6pm News
6.30pm ACA
7.00pm The Alice

If successful, could this be the shape of things to come in the big battle between National Nine News And Seven News? It's all about the 5.30pm lead-in.

cheers,
G.

I thought Peter Hitchiner's bulletin has been doing quite well for Nine down south, granted, there are nights when it would seem Seven News has come close to challenge Nine News' supremacy.

How Come we've got a new Messageboard? I was in Hospital for Three Agonising Weeks and you've changed boards without telling me? How COme? And when's Everwood going to come back because There's still a long way to go in Season 2 and Nine took the show off Saturday Afternoons replaced by boring The Alice Reruns. Nine Saturday Afternoon Lineup has to be Fixed now.

Ten's new Aussie medical drama, The Surgeon, will debut 9.30pm Thursday October 13th.

This one is abit different in that it goes for only 30 minutes, once a week, and has a top cast including Justine Clarke, Sam Worthington, Matthew Newton and Nicholas Bell.

It will be followed by '30 Days' at 10pm, a docu-reality show by Morgan Spurlock, the maker of the hit doco Super Size Me. Spurlock and his fiance Alex take a new challenge when they leave their New York lifestyle and work on the minimum US wage of $5.15 per hour, for 30 days.

TV Stations can be careless Sometimes, They take off shows which don't rate well in Primetime and benched it and never Return or until Summer  for a limited run and maybe air it in the Daytime if lucky.
