The TV schedules you see published on this site are collated by EBroadcast Information Services under license from each channel, the original copyright owner of the schedule.

Each schedule is published "as is" and the end-user may only access the TV schedule via the web for the purpose of reading via this site, and may not use or modify the data for any other purpose.

Each TV schedule remains the property of the copyright owner and the end-user must not copy, re-publish, record, scrape, re-encode, alter, retransmit, resell, or redistribute to a 3rd party.

Specifically, each TV schedule is not to be, in any way, downloaded or used in conjunction with any software or device, such as any end-user equipment or a set top box, which permits manipulation of the program listings, or which permits scheduled program recording.
