I was checking out the tvguide @ yourtv.com.au and they have the following:

Program Details : Monday 31 January 2005
Ed
Human Nature
1pm - 2pm | TEN
Comedy (USA)

Looks like Ed finally is back on weekdays @ 1pm They're starting from the beginning of season 2 though (so us Sydneysiders have to wait 3 weeks till we're up to the last ep we saw)

I Can't Believe One Tree Hill is'nt going to be on Tonight!
Ten must have done a last Minute Change with the Schedule replacing a new Episode of One Tree Hill with a boring Double Dose of The Simpsons? One Tree Hill deserved to have a spot on the Schedule for the 2005 Ratings Season.

I can only guess, and this is a rough one, is that the programmers at 10 thought that a dbl repeat episode of the simpsons would be a better rater up against the Tennis(Hewit Vs Rodick) at 7:30. hopefully it is only for 1 week.

It is not scheduled for next week. With a double ep of Simpsons filling its slot.

It is not scheduled for next week. Double simpsons are in the slot then as well.

Ok, well it looks like One Tree Hill has been removed from the line up as the ratings season begin shortly. I guess OTH was never going to be anything other than a summer filler(not sure what they are going to do with the remaing 12 episodes of season 1 they haven't shown as yet though     ).

Lets Protest Ten taking off One Tree Hill and replacing it with The Simpsons, have we got enough Simpsons Repeats on Ten Already, you see having 3 Episodes of Simpsons of Fridays from next week is too much, Thanks to the Unexpected decision by Network 10 Yesterday. So when did the Unexpected Change Happened because One Tree Hill was Rating well until Ten Stuffed up the Schedule of Friday January 28 between 7:30p.m.-8:30p.m. which really hurts us One Tree Hill Fans.

It wouldn't have been removed if it was rating well.

I also like One Tree Hill but complaining about its removal isn't going to change that. It's a network decision, so do what I did and order the DVDs from overseas.

It obviously cost channel something ten to buy the rights for One Tree Hill, so why show 10 episodes of it(interupt it twice so far) amd then remove it from the schedule full stop(this is probably what is going to happen with it), still  with 13 episodes of season 1 to run.
Also if this period of time is non- ratings period(summer), why have they pulled it from there schedule due to "not rating too good"??? Do they really think repeats of the simpsons will do any better??

I wonder if it is a money decision. I know from the Cable Channel i work at is that we pay a fee for a program when we licence it(or buy it if you will) and pay another fee when we play it on air, and each repeat after that). It might be cheaper to play a repeat of Simpsons than a new episode of One Tree Hill.

Oh, please people stop stressing out. Shows like One Tree Hill and Summerland, Jake 2.0 are cheap fillin shows for summer time. You didnt HONESTLY think that those shows would be given a steady timeslot on the same night well into ratings season? I mean come on....we could have guessed shows like these would be cancelled, taken off etc halfway through there run

Hey

I have the Seven guide for the week of Feb 13th. As you will see, apart from the Sunday line-up which is still not finalised, everything is the same as the previous week - so Seven is set

Sunday

7:30 TBA

Monday

Great Outdoors
Desperate Housewives
Crossing Jordan
Rebel Billionaire - 2 hr Finale

Tuesday

Dancing with the Stars - 2hours
All Saints
Airline USA
LAX

Wednesday

Will and Grace
My Wife and Kids
Blue Heelers
Border Security
Zero Hour
The First 48

Thursday

My Resteraunt Rules
Lost
The Amazing Race
Stargate

Friday

Movie

Saturday

The World Around Us
Rosemary and Thyme
Desperate Housewives - encore of 2nd ep
Lost - encore of second ep

So, ladies and gentleman that is the 2005 line-up for Channel 7 for the first half of 2005. The only changes will be Sunday nights and a new 9:30pm program when All Saints returns to 8:30pm when Dancing is back to 1 hour in a few weeks.

It has to be the first time in a long while that the Seven schedule seems - full. I mean a show is always on but now it seems complete.
