Lucy Lawless and husband Rob Tapert recently announced she is pregnant with a Warrior Baby

'To be honest, I think the Xenites need to get out more'

Here’s an idea on how to incorporate her pregnancy into the show and really piss some people off. Xena and Gabrielle could talk about having a child together (Jerry Falwell’s blood pressure would rise to catastrophic levels). Then they could get married by a drunken priest (that would piss the Pope off if he knew what hell was going on). Then, while she is sleeping, Xena could get it on with a Hindu God, and she and Gabrielle could decide to keep the bastard (self-explanatory).

Although our idea is exceptional, production of the show, unfortunately, is not expected to be affected by the pregnancy.

Lawless, 31, and Tapert, executive producer of the syndicated action show, married just over a year ago. She has a 10-year-old daughter from a previous marriage and their baby is due in October.

Let’s hope it doesn’t affect her ability to squeeze into a corset.
