The 'Muscles of Brussels', fading martial arts star Jean-Claude Van Damme, has been sentenced to three years probations and fined $1,200.

The trouble began when the self proclaimed "Fred Astaire of karate" was pulled over by police after being spotted driving erratically down the infamous Sunset Boulevard. After a blood-alcohol test, it was revealed his alcohol level was well above the legal limit.

As well as the probation and fine, Van Damme, 39, has been ordered into a 90 day alcohol education program.
