The busty model has signed on to star as a doll who comes to life in the TV movie Life Size therein granting the wishes of millions worldwide

It looks like someone was impressed with Tyra’s limited appearances on television (or her death sequence in Higher Learning.) Apparently uttering fewer lines than you can count on one hand is the way to get a starring role in a television movie. If only we had known that a few years ago, one of us could have nabbed that highly coveted role in Please Don’t Shoot My Wife: The Joey Buttafucco Story.

Lindsay Lohan (The Parent Trap) will play the girl who accidentally brings her doll to life while trying to cast a spell to resurrect her late mother. Jere Burns (Something So Right) will co-star as the father.

Banks' acting credits, which barely warrant a guest appearance on Love Boat: The Next Wave, let alone a TV movie, include the aforementioned John Singleton flick, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and a recent guest appearance on NBC's Just Shoot Me. She'll be seen on the big screen this summer in the indie romantic comedy Love Stinks.
