Here comes the House from Hell, and Channel 10 could be on to a winner. Devised by Andrew Denton's MMM radio show, the idea was to put 6 strangers in one house for three months to win $5000 each.

Sound like easy money? Well Denton concocted a number of stunts to make them leave and forfeit the cash. They were also fined if they broke any of the house rules. The whole madcap event was filmed and the series debuts on October 8. It's presented by Amanda Keller, Denton's MMM/ co-host. In a strange turn of events, A Current Affair reported on the whole affair on October 2. Channel 10 must have been happy with the free plug.
