The Queen of England has officially knighted Sean Connery, the legendary actor who seduced audiences as the first suave spy, James Bond.
The actor, dressed in traditional Scottish Highland dress, accepted the honour (?) after Britain's Labor Party denied him the title two years ago because of his vocal support for an independent Scotland.
After growing up poor in Edinburgh, Connery found wealth and stardom as the first James Bond in Dr No before staring in A Bridge Too Far, The Hunt For Red October and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
