Jerry Springer's sleaze has outdone itself, yet again.
TV entertainment (?) turned into real life tragedy this week when police found the badly beaten body of a woman only hours after her segment aired on The Jerry Springer Show.
The woman, Nancy Campbell-Panitz, appeared on a segment entitled 'Secret Mistresses Confronted' opposite her ex-husband and his new wife. All three were fighting over ownership of the house where Campbell-Panitz's body was later found. The ex-husband is now wanted by police for questioning.
This is not the first time murder has been a guest on a talk show. In 1995, a guest on The Jenny Jones Show murdered another man who admitted to having a secret crush on him. A Michigan jury found the show and its producers negligent and last year awarded $25 million to the victim's family.
