I wonder who at Ten thinks that the upcoming interview by the leading queen of American daytime talk, Oprah Winfrey, is going to topple the number one show in Australia, "Blue Heelers?"

I'm referring to this Tuesday's interview with Elton John by Oprah.

When it aired in the U.S. it was very well received and so it should be. But why put it up against the cops at Seven?

Is it any wonder why Ten has lost the plot and rates so low. Maybe the new chief will replace the departed Programming executives with someone who knows what the viewers want to see and at what times to show it to them.

I hope so.
