Sandra Bernhard, the controversial actor best known by her recurring role in TV's Roseanne, is moving back to television.

The actor will guest star as herself on the Emmy Award-winning Will & Grace in an episode that has the title characters posing as a wealthy couple shopping for homes owned by the rich and famous. After making a fake offer to Bernhard, the unsuspecting famous owner accepts the offer, leading to many a hijink.

The episode is due to screen in Australia in the New Year.
