Popstars has turned out to be the surprise hit of the 2000 season, giving Seven a win in its Sunday slot. The final 5 girls will be picked next week, ensuring an even bigger potential audience.
ABC had a win with both The Bill (Saturday) and The Vicar Of Dibley (Monday).
The overall ratings for the week gave Nine a win with a 31.9 share of the audience, Seven received 30.4, Ten with 18.9, ABC with a strong 15.4 and SBS came up the rear with 3.4
