Oasis live on Hey Hey It's Saturday? Well I guess
they were if you can call a pre-recorded clip of them performing in Perth a live appearance.
Unfortunately, the bad boys of rock were still in Adelaide, so Oasis fans had to settle for a filmed segment with a sleepy Noel Gallagher apologising for not being able to appear on the show. He didn't bother to hide his disinterest.
What a pity they couldn't actually appear live, and by that I mean live live not pre-recorded live. I guess the Hey Hey producers decided to take the safe option, and who can blame them after the recent airline incident. Still, fans got to see a great rocking clip of "Stand by Me".
